[zenoss-annce] ANN: zenoss-0.20.0-b1 is available

Zenoss-0.20.0-b1 is out and available for download.  Major new  
feature is native SNMP performance collection.  Eric Newton has also  
done a major re-organization of the installer program (which now uses  
make).  There are lots of other smaller fixes which can be found on  
the milestone page.

Please download and test.  I'm going to be at a conference for the  
next two days but the rest of the team will be working to fix any  
bugs you find!
