Well, fellas, I just pulled an all-nighter trying to get port scanning 
functional in Twisted 1.3. Twisted 1.3 is broke-ass, and won't run a 
port scanner. Details here (most recent comment):

I won't spoil the ending, but I've got a solution :-) We need to 
discuss it, though... My first suggestion is to replace the files in 
the 1.3 distro, and re-package it. Dunno. Maybe you guys have a better 
idea.
