This looks correct to me for the most part more comments below.
Monday is looking pretty bad so let's shoot for Tuesday afternoon.
On you coming out here let's plan to do that when you can be here for
a week. When do you think would that be?

Yes 155 and 150 are very related. I think I would change App-level to
Service (a generic term for network based apps) My thought was that
the config would live under /Service something like. Maybe we need
to change IpService to TcpService
/Serivce/TcpService
/Service/HttpService
...
/Service/Database/Mysql
/Service/Database/Oracle
Just a thought not wedded to it.
Let's talk more on Tuesday. If you have time and want to push
forward on this before then I'm fine with what you have so far.
