[Zenoss-dev] Request: Add Device page should accept SNMPv3 credentials

The "Add Device" page should allow for specifying SNMPv3 credentials upon device entry.

The only ways currently to add devices with SNMPv3 are:

1. Set up a device class with the SNMPv3 attributes configured and select that device class when adding the device

2. Add the device with discovery proto set to "none" and then go to the zProperties for the device and specify the SNMPv3 attributes.
