[Zenoss-dev] zenoss/wmi does not work with vitsta (RPC Protocol more strict)

Currently we can not access wmi on a vista box using zenoss. A wireshark
capture shows that a nca_proto_error occurs. I have seen this same thing
happen with a dcom bridge called j-interop. It initially would not work with
vista either with the same exact error. That bug has been fixed in their
newer release. The developer said the issue was related to generating ctx
identifiers wrong. Vista is more strict about it I guess.
