[zenoss-users] I need help with the 2.1.2

I am new to Zenoss and would really appreciate getting help with setting up of Zenoss to do the following:

Monitor Windows services (Win 2000, XP, and Win2k3 server)
Monitor Nortel switch and routers (BayStack 450, ERS5510, ERS5520, ERS5530)

is this possible? 

I am running version Zenoss 2.1.2 on CentOS 5.1.
