[zenoss-users] false alarms

hello 

I'm using Zenoss Ver. 2.1.70 on Ubuntu 7.10 and my problem is that i have many false alarms from the same servers/switches "snmp agent down on device * "  I tried this http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4029&highlight=false+alarms

but nothing 

any ideas ?
