zenperfsnmp should definitely not have the zeo1-1.zec file open. This  
makes no sense at all since zenperfsnmp isn't even a ZEO client. It  
connects to ZenHub to broken all communication to the ZEO database.  
Have you seen that zenperfsnmp actually has this file open through  
something like lsof?
