[zenoss-users] Why aren't the WinServices listed?

Hmmm...trying to figure out was is different with 2 W3K servers that I've added to Zenoss.

On all my other W3K servers, I can go to the OS tab, to the WinServices section and uncheck the "Monitored" checkbox. It will then show me all of the services it found on that server. I then simply go to each services I want to monitor and set the Monitored filed to True.

However, these two services are NOT showing me all of the services. I can add them manually, and they are monitored correctly, so the login I am using is good.

I just can't figure out why these two are doing this.
