Before I go to much into this... yes... I searched the forums for a solution here but couldn't find anything. If someone does find it though, please post the link.

Now.. on with the issue...

I'm monitoring a Cisco router, right now the Manage IP is set to watch the WAN interface. This will tell me if the WAN is down and then I can have fun screaming at my provider.

Well.. I also have users that like to pull the LAN interface when convenient for them. When that happens, my backup VPN router takes active HSRP status and starts sending traffic a diff route but technically, the managed IP from the other router is still active since the WAN interface wasn't pulled.

With that said, how can I set up checks to ping multiple IP's to determine interface availability on the same device.
