If you need to access zenoss from home, as in the console, you need to allow 8080 to be forwarded to your VM's IP. Of course if you could afford port translation, that would be better but let's not complicate things yet.
So, the only configuration if the above is the case, is on the part of your office router, i.e forward port 8080 to your VM's IP.
