If your zenperfsnmp cycle time is exceeding 300 seconds you will have  
gaps in your graphs and incomplete monitoring. Basically this means  
that zenperfsnmp is unable to collect all of the configured SNMP data  
sources within the time allowed.

You need to collect less data, or use a more powerful server.
