[zenoss-users] /usr/local/zenoss/bin = ./zenpack run --install Filename.zip

when i used this command i got error which is below:
$ZENHOME is not set
but when i tried to use WEB UI in order to install ZenPack i got follwoing output.....
zenpack --install /tmp/tmpXsoFvg
/bin/sh: zenpack: command not found
Done installing ZenPack.

plz guide me that how to run commands under the directory of 
/usr/local/zenoss/bin/ without  " ./ ".
even whenever i have to start zenoss service I use following command
./ zenoss start and even on every reboot i have to manually start the zenoss service...
plz relply..........
