1.) Internet Explorer 7
2.) Add portlet Locations to your Dashboard
3.) Put Object Watch List + Production States to the left column
4.) Portlet Locations on the right column
5.) Expand the locations portlet on the bottom 
6.) Refresh Dashboard
7.) Try to make location portlet smaller
