[zenoss-users] 64 bit counters? Problems still?

I came across a number of mailing list messages about the subject, and a few forum posts regarding this topic, but nothing too recent.  Is using 64 bit counters still a relatively complex process?  or more simple now?  Sorry if this question is a duplicate.  Appreciate any help.  Thanks.
