Hey James,

Sorry should have warned you about that (and will add to the FAQ). It is an open bug: http://dev.zenoss.org/trac/ticket/2239

So the ZenPack has been removed, the error is there because it is looking for a certain dir that is not there.

But you should be able to install the new version just fine.
