if you get the "message rejected" error - your messages aren't making it over to the associated mailing list.

to correct (this is also in the sticky post at the top of the zenpacks forum):

1. Go to your member email preferences page: http://www.zenoss.com/mailprefs_form

2. make sure the box for "Receive Emails?" is checked beside "zenoss-zenpacks"

3. press "save"

If you would prefer to not receive the emails from the list, but want to participate in the forum, you must still complete the steps above to get your account "in-sync". However, you can then immediately go back to your preferences page and un-check the "Receive Emails?" option.
