I tried the same because I had the same, and with that command it says "no response". Althought the status icon shows green, but right below in the text it says status unknown.
Maybe it has something to do i have added this monitor a second time using it web alias while it was already in "Networks" under its native hostname. It detected some win services, but the icon color is inconsistent with other status icons.

I probably have to restart some zen deamons.

(Problem is I'm 6 hours behind in time-zone...)
