Are the RRD files being created?  Check both to see if the files exist and what the mod date is for them.  They should be in $ZENHOME/perf/Devices/yourdevice/

You might also want to check the zencommand log at $ZENHOME/logs/zencommand.log.

On the perf page do you see the titles of the graphs with no graphs, graphs that just have no data, or nothing at all?
