A few things to check:

 * Make sure the datasources for the graphs are set to enabled=True

 * Make sure the device state=Production

 * Check the events for your device to see if anything relevant there

 * Make sure zencommand is running (Settings->daemons will show you)

Have you applied this template successfully to any other devices?  Is it failing for just one or multiple devices?
