sorry - it was just pointed out to me that it looks like the issue you are both having is with the actual DOWNLOAD.

if this is correct (i.e. its a download problem you are having):

1. please advise on what browser/OS combo you are using

2. if you have not done so, try downloading with either Firefox or IE and let me know the results.
