[zenoss-zenpacks] Skipping existing objects... would like overwrite option

One last thing is preventing me from doing away altogether with my external setup scripts:  zenpack install completely skips pre-existing objects, even if they differ from what's in the zenpack.

I.e. I want to customize/change properties on some of the pre-existing /Devices classes, like zCollectorPlugins, zFileSystemMapIgnoreNames, etc.

I would like to see the importer have an option to re-set properties of existing objects if the user desires.
